Terms of Service
Last updated November 7, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Ryft Solutions (“Sygnet”, “we”) and the business that signs up (“you”). By creating an app or using Sygnet, you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you can agree for it.
The service
Sygnet lets you build and run a branded app for your business. We may add, change or remove features over time; we’ll give notice before removing something you rely on.
Your account and your team
You’re responsible for who you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping sign-in links and devices secure. You’re responsible for what your team does in your app.
Your data
What you put in your app is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Sygnet to you. You’re responsible for having the right to the information you enter, including your customers’ and employees’ information, and for telling your team about features such as location at clock-in. You can export your data or close your account at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Sygnet to break the law, send spam, upload anything you don’t have rights to, try to get into other businesses’ data, or disrupt the service.
Payroll, taxes and accounting
Sygnet keeps track of hours, overtime, invoices and payments to help you. It isn’t payroll, tax or legal advice. Check the figures before you pay people or file anything; you remain responsible for paying your team correctly and for your books.
Connected services
If you connect another service, such as QuickBooks, its own terms apply between you and that company. We aren’t responsible for other services, and a connection may stop working if the other company changes it.
Fees
Prices are shown before you launch your app. Paid plans renew until you cancel. If you don’t pay, we may pause your app after giving you notice. [Fill in billing, refund and trial terms when pricing is set.]
Ending
You can stop using Sygnet any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, with notice when we reasonably can. After an account closes, you have 30 days to export your data before it’s deleted.
Warranties and liability
We work hard to keep Sygnet running and accurate, but it’s provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of [State]. If we change them in a way that matters, we’ll email account owners before the change takes effect. Questions: [privacy contact email].
